While most advice out there is given by professional artists, I’m just like you. I fell in love with watercolor as a hobby I wanted to explore and now here I am sharing it with you five years later.
If your journey has been anything like mine, it’s been searching for hours on the internet and being overwhelmed with articles and videos aimed at beginners. Watercolor takes only a few small supplies and a tutorial or two, but it can seem like you need to buy everything right now, especially when recommended by long-time professional artists. I really wanted to find advice from artists and everyday, regular folks who simply liked painting for fun. That’s where this site came into being.
I give straight-forward advice having been in your shoes once. Beginning the journey for watercolor painting can leave you wondering where to even start. That’s why I created this site to make it easy to begin your journey with the very basic knowledge without weighing you down with all the extra stuff.
